Welcome to TEAM O’s first monthly newsletter. This one, because it is April, is No 04a. Any weekly updates will be numbered 04b, 04c, etc.
Although everything is open to discussion we’ll start with a basic format:
1. What’s new with Agents, Partners and “TEAM O”.
2. Product or service of the month – a “60 second Elevator Pitch” from a partner
3. An Agent or Partner ‘story’
4. Agents & Suppliers comments, blogs, moans and boasts!
5. Editorial.
To expand;
As this is the first one I’ll kick off by suggesting a basic pattern;
1. What’s new?
Everything is new! Nothing is new!
There’s nothing new in sales! That’s probably right. What we’ve done is to try and simplify things, change the emphasis a bit. We’ve separated out the initial contact - the enquiry - from the professional sales process. We call it “The Introducer Concept”! This is explained in more detail in both your “Vault” and your Agent Pack.
2. Product or service of the month
This will give one of our Partners the chance to expand (but not too much) on their 5 x USPs, perhaps in a “60-second Elevator Pitch” that Agents might use when networking. As there are currently 30+ products & services in our portfolio we would welcome suggestions on which ones you might like to see first? Browse the list in your Vault or Pack and email jack.foden@techsb.co.uk with your suggestions. Note: Vault content is likely to be more up-to-date.
3. An Agent or Partner “Story”
A short story about an Agent or Partner success or – anything interesting and relevant. Here is the first effort;
Agent Kim earns £100!
You might not think £100 is a lot of money but it’s a fair reward for 2 minutes work!
All Kim did was listen to David talking about a problem, tell him that he knew someone who could solve it, suggest that he got us to call him and ……. That’s it!That’s what happened, we and one of our partners did the rest. Once we made the sale, Kim got the £100 commission! It all took about a month from start to finish.
David is a happy person, and Kim can tell him about our other services and ask him if he knows anyone else we can help.
I bet you could do that and earn £100…. Couldn’t you?
Note; Depending on which product you recommend the commission can vary, some only pay £20, some over £1000. £100 is not unusual!

5. Editorial
We plan on having two national TEAM O get-togethers. One about June that we could perhaps call The Annual Brainstorm and one in December that we will call “The Christmas Party”! We will also have, as we grow, regional get-togethers.
What do you think of this statement?
If 100 “Introducers” each gave 1 lead a year (that resulted in a sale), we’d average 2 sales a week and we’d also have a client base of 100 happy customers that we could ask for referrals, cross sell and grow the business round!
Now make that 1 sale a month!
If 100 sounds optimistic consider;
Literally anyone can introduce, it really is easy.
Two months ago we had 8 Agents/Introducers, now we have 32.
Six more months at the same rate =104!
